    The construction of a new 38 storey tower in downtown Bangkok for the Nai Lert Hotel and Residences project on with an CFA of approximately 55,500m2 comprising 69 hotel rooms, 79 apartment units and 6 private residences on the upper floors and with 4 basement levels.

    Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying services

     Novotel Phnom Penh

    A 27 storey tower with 3 basement levels to form the Novotel Phnom Penh hotel with 254 guest rooms and all the facilities needed for a Novotel city centre hotel located on the corner of Pasteur St. and St. 294. The total CFA is approximately 20,750m2.
